ReplySuit connects through Instagram's own authorisation screen and sends replies using Meta's documented private reply endpoint — the feature Instagram built so businesses can answer a comment with a DM. Your password is never entered into ReplySuit and never stored. You can disconnect any account at any time, and delete everything we hold from the data deletion page.
What ReplySuit will never do
It will not ask for your password, drive a hidden logged-in browser session, mass-follow, mass-like, or scrape. Those are the tactics that get accounts restricted, and they are a different category of tool entirely.
Two limits worth knowing
Instagram allows one private reply per comment, and only within seven days of that comment. ReplySuit respects both automatically, along with Meta's rate limits — so a post that suddenly gets thousands of comments queues safely instead of tripping a limit.

How does Instagram comment-to-DM automation work?

When someone comments that keyword, ReplySuit uses Instagram's official private-reply API to send them a DM containing your link, button or file — usually within seconds. Instagram allows one private reply per comment, within seven days of the comment being posted.
Is Instagram DM automation allowed by Instagram?
Yes, when it runs through Meta's official API. Instagram publishes a private-reply endpoint specifically so businesses and creators can answer comments with a DM. ReplySuit uses that endpoint. What is not allowed is password-sharing bots that automate a logged-in browser session, which is a different thing entirely.
Will I get banned for using ReplySuit?
ReplySuit never asks for your Instagram password and never simulates a logged-in session. You connect through Instagram's own authorisation flow, and built-in rate limiting and anti-spam guards keep sending inside Meta's published limits.
Do I need to share my Instagram password?

Do I need a Business or Creator account?
Yes. Instagram's private-reply API is only available to Business and Creator accounts. Switching is free and takes about a minute in the Instagram app.
