You can delete your ReplySuit data at any time. There are two ways.
Option 1 — Delete it yourself from the dashboard
- Sign in to replysuit.com.
- Go to Accounts and disconnect each connected Instagram account or Facebook Page. Disconnecting deletes that account's stored access token, rules, contacts, comment and message events, and delivery logs.
- Optionally revoke ReplySuit from Meta as well:
- Instagram: Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites → remove "ReplySuit".
- Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations → remove "ReplySuit".
Option 2 — Ask us to delete everything
Email replysuitsupport@gmail.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my data". We will delete your account and all associated data and confirm by email within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your ReplySuit account, email address, name, and phone number
- Encrypted Instagram and Facebook access tokens
- All automation rules, keywords, and reply templates
- All stored comments, messages, contacts, and delivery logs
- Scheduled and published post records created through ReplySuit
- Support tickets and upgrade requests
Deleted data may remain in encrypted backups for a short period before those backups are overwritten.
If you commented on someone else's post
If you are not a ReplySuit customer but interacted with an account that uses ReplySuit, the account owner controls that data. Contact them directly, or email replysuitsupport@gmail.com and we will help.
