Support
Setup problems, a rule that is not firing, a disconnected account, or anything that is not behaving the way this site says it should.
To get a useful answer on the first reply, include your Instagram handle, the keyword you set, and roughly when you tested it. If a DM did not arrive, tell us whether the comment was left within the last seven days — Instagram does not permit a private reply after that, and it is the most common cause by a wide margin. The details are in the seven-day reply window.
Billing and upgrades
Questions about plans, invoices, refunds or changing your subscription. Pricing itself is on the pricing page.
Deleting your data
You can remove your account and everything attached to it at any time. The process and what gets deleted is set out on the data deletion page.
You can also revoke ReplySuit's access to your Instagram account directly from your own Instagram or Facebook settings, without contacting us at all.
Press and partnerships
Reviews, interviews, integration proposals, or an affiliate arrangement.
replysuitsupport@gmail.com — put Press in the subject line so it gets routed properly.
Before you email about setup
Three things account for most support requests, and all three are faster to check than to ask about:
- Is the account professional? Personal Instagram accounts cannot use the messaging API at all — Business or Creator.
- Is a Facebook Page connected? Meta routes Instagram messaging permissions through a Page. It can be completely empty, but it has to exist.
- Was the comment within seven days? Instagram refuses private replies after that, and nothing on our side can change it.
If all three check out and it is still not working, email us — that is a real bug and we want to know.
Who you are writing to
ReplySuit is a small, self-funded product. There is no support tier, no bot, and no sales team. More about who builds it on the about page.
