Is there a free Instagram comment-to-DM plan?
Yes. The free plan covers one Instagram account, unlimited keyword automations and 1,000 DMs per month. No credit card is required to start.
What counts as a DM?
One automated private reply sent to one commenter. If a rule sends a link and then a follow-up after the person follows you, that counts as the messages actually delivered.
Do you charge per contact?
No. ReplySuit prices per Instagram account, not per contact, and there are no overage fees. A post that unexpectedly goes viral does not change your bill.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Your automations keep running until the end of the paid period.
What happens if I hit 1,000 DMs on the free plan?
Sending pauses until the next monthly reset, and your rules stay exactly as they are. Nothing is deleted and you are never charged automatically.
