These terms govern your use of ReplySuit at replysuit.com ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What the Service does
ReplySuit connects to Instagram professional accounts and Facebook Pages through Meta's official APIs and sends replies to comments and messages according to rules you configure. It also lets you schedule posts and view results.
2. Eligibility and your account
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract.
- You must own, or be authorised to manage, every account you connect.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.
- You must give accurate information and keep it up to date.
3. Acceptable use
You must not use ReplySuit to:
- send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or messages to people who have not interacted with your content;
- send content that is unlawful, deceptive, harassing, hateful, or infringing;
- impersonate any person or organisation;
- circumvent, or attempt to circumvent, any rate limit, plan limit, or platform restriction, whether ours or Meta's;
- breach Meta's Platform Terms, the Instagram Community Guidelines, or any applicable law.
ReplySuit only sends messages that Meta's APIs permit — for example, a private reply to a comment is allowed once per comment and only within Meta's time window. We do not provide, and you must not attempt, any method of messaging people outside those rules. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches this section, without refund.
4. Plans, billing, and refunds
- The Free plan is offered as-is, with usage limits shown in the app.
- Paid plans are billed in advance for the stated period. Limits and prices are those shown at the time you subscribe.
- You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of the current period.
- Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice for existing subscribers.
5. Your content and data
You keep all rights to your content, rules, and data. You grant us only the licence needed to operate the Service for you. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Dependence on Meta's platforms
ReplySuit depends on Instagram and Facebook APIs operated by Meta. Meta may change, restrict, or withdraw access to those APIs at any time, which may reduce or interrupt the Service through no fault of ours. ReplySuit is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta, Instagram, or Facebook.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance, and may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
8. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant any particular business result from using the Service.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, if required by Meta or by law, or if your use threatens the security or integrity of the Service.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for material changes, give notice in the app or by email. Continued use after the change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
